We are located in the Island Center in Tampa, Florida. Our offices rise above the water's edge on three pristine acres of live oaks, mangroves and 40-foot-tall Sabal palmetto.
Surrounded by five acres of protected and preserved mangrove wetland, the area is a popular nesting ground for ospreys, pelicans, pink spoonbills and herons. Balconies and stepped terraces give visitors views of the bay and a sense of being part of the natural environment. On many mornings, a pod of dolphins play outside the offices.
The building's design — a partial square with a sweeping semicircular facade is sympathetic to the natural lay of the island and a native stand of trees. In fact, the Island Center was constructed around the oldest live oak on the island. Built of white marble aggregate and banded in gray reflective glass, Paradigm's offices cut a striking profile from all viewpoints around Tampa Bay.
