Paradigm Learning is seeking a fulltime Sales Development Representative to aid in planning and coordinating marketing and business development initiatives. This position will be the link between sales and marketing.
For over 20 years, Paradigm Learning has helped Fortune 500® companies energize and align their organizations around business-critical issues through business games & training simulation.
This position will report to the Chief Operations Office at Paradigm’s downtown St. Petersburg office.
The primary tasks of the Sales Development Representative are to provide essential support in prospecting, lead generation, sales, and client relationship satisfaction. This will include market research to identify growth opportunities, creation and implementation of targeted messaging, tracking and monitoring nurture activities, qualifying leads by emailing and calling prospects/clients, and scheduling appointments. Strategizing with sales team members to determine the best approach to move suspects into prospects. Applicants should be organized, outgoing, and motivated.
Additional tasks may include nurturing customer programs, analyzing trends, and working on other ad hoc projects as needed.
Experience and Education:
Compensation (commensurate with experience):
$13 - $19 per hour, plus performance metrics-based compensation
