Embark is a customizable framework, providing a time-tested pattern for game mechanics and the opportunity for all program content to be specific to the organization. Working with Paradigm Learning’s instructional designers, organizations create a fully customized onboarding experience.

Rounds of the game can be interspersed with visits from guest speakers, other necessary day-one information (IT, HR, etc.), and videos.
