Leadership Accountability

With the changing needs of a multi-generational workforce, leadership development has become more necessary than ever. Leaders in today's complex business environment need to do more than just manage. They need to take initiative and lead – and in the right direction. Impact5: The Business of Leadership Game® can help organizations develop accountable leaders who can have a positive impact on their business.

Impact5 is a sophisticated and engaging leadership simulation that provides a framework for focus and decision-making. In the program, participants discover what their organizations really need from them as they balance short- and long-term priorities, address talent issues and ethical challenges, and drive change. Impact5 builds the critical thinking skills that today's leaders need to impact their companies financial, customer, and organizational results.

Working in small teams, participants take on the role of leaders at a fictitious company. They struggle with talent issues, make complex decisions about interdepartmental relationships, and balance the tactical with the strategic. They get blindsided, regroup, analyze, and act. Participants are engaged from start to finish as they discover how their decisions and actions affect the bottom line and how their behaviors, as part of the organization’s collective leadership team, impact the ultimate success.
